Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for OPD consultations and most diagnostic tests. Booking ahead shortens your wait, especially for specialist clinics and fasting blood tests.
How quickly will I get my report?
ECG reports are ready in about 15 minutes and ultrasound reports in about 2 hours. X-Ray, Echo and TMT reports are usually ready the same day. Pathology timelines depend on the test.
Where are you located, and when are you open?
We are at Newtown, Action Area I, Kolkata – 700156. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM – 9:30 PM, and Sunday, 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
Is home sample collection really free?
