Ultrasound — Whole Abdomen

Liver

Normal in size, measuring 14.2 cm. Mildly increased echotexture suggestive of Grade I fatty change. No focal lesion. Intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated.

Gall bladder

Well distended, wall thickness within normal limits. No calculus or sludge identified.

Kidneys

Both kidneys are normal in size, position and echotexture. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No hydronephrosis or calculus.

Pancreas & Spleen

Both appear normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesion or peripancreatic collection.

Impression

Grade I fatty liver. No other significant abnormality detected in the abdomen or pelvis.
